| Draper man charged with kidnapping, torturing couple
A Draper man was charged Thursday with multiple felonies after police say he kidnapped and tortured a couple, then twice tried to jump out of a police car after he was arrested. Edward Thomas Heuser, 31, is charged in 3rd District Court with two counts of aggravated kidnaping, aggravated sexual assault, arranging the distribution of drugs, and drug distribution, all first-degree felonies, among other charges.
