A Herriman man accused of trying to lure a 13-year-old girl into having sex with him has been charged. Paul Erich Von Schirmacher, 38, was charged Thursday in 2nd District Court with enticing a minor, a second-degree felony; and two counts of dealing in harmful materials to a minor, a third-degree felony.
